Yes. Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required to start. You get full access to all plan features during the trial so you can evaluate CloudAIPilot with your real infrastructure before committing.

Any server you connect to CloudAIPilot counts — whether it's an EC2 instance, a GCP VM, a DigitalOcean Droplet or a bare-metal server you access over SSH. Adding a server to your workspace uses one slot from your plan's server limit.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time from your organisation settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.

AI Pilot is the natural-language operations assistant built into CloudAIPilot. You describe a task in plain language and it reads your infrastructure, plans the required actions, and executes only with your explicit approval. Usage is charged against your cloud wallet — the amount varies by task complexity and the AI model chosen. Your plan includes a monthly wallet credit that resets each billing cycle; you can top it up any time to keep going.

BYOAK (Bring Your Own API Key) is available to select Enterprise clients as a custom arrangement. If your organisation has an existing agreement with an AI provider and wants to use your own keys, contact our sales team to discuss this as part of an Enterprise plan.

Yes — the Free plan is permanent and requires no credit card. It lets you connect one cloud account, manage one server and deploy up to three sites or apps. AI Pilot is available but requires wallet top-up (no included tokens on Free). It's designed so you can explore the full platform before deciding on a paid plan.

Agency and Enterprise plans include a full white-label portal: you can add your own logo and brand colours, create isolated organisations for each client (up to 15 on Agency, 50 on Enterprise), manage resources across all client orgs from a single dashboard, and generate branded reports and exports for client-facing deliverables.

Two optional features carry small additional charges: SMS notifications and WhatsApp notifications are routed through a third-party messaging provider and billed per message at cost. CloudAIPilot charges no markup — you pay the provider rate. All other plan features are included in the subscription price with no hidden fees. AI token wallet top-ups are also optional.

Yes — INR pricing is fully supported with local payment methods. USD billing is also available and is the default for international customers. Prices are fixed in each currency and displayed transparently on this page. There are no conversion surcharges applied by CloudAIPilot.

Annual billing is charged as a single upfront payment and gives you roughly two months free compared to paying monthly. The effective per-month price is shown when you select the Annual toggle above. You save ₹1,798 / $22 on Solo, ₹5,998 / $70 on Studio, and ₹19,918 / $238 on Agency per year. Enterprise annual pricing is negotiated — contact us.
