Everything you need to know about CloudAIPilot, the Founding Member offer, and how the platform works.
At launch, CloudAIPilot supports the four major cloud providers:
You can connect any combination of these — multiple AWS accounts, a mix of AWS and DigitalOcean, your own accounts alongside client accounts. All of it managed from the same dashboard.
Additional providers including Vultr, Linode/Akamai, Hetzner, and OVHcloud are on the roadmap and will be added after launch.
You own everything. CloudAIPilot is a management platform — it connects to your cloud provider accounts via API, and manages the infrastructure you provision there.
You own the cloud accounts. You have your own AWS, GCP, Azure, or DigitalOcean account. You pay those providers directly for the servers and resources you use. CloudAIPilot is your management and automation layer — we do not intermediate your billing or hold your infrastructure for you.
If you ever stop using CloudAIPilot, your servers keep running. Your data stays in your accounts. Nothing is locked in.
Not at launch. CloudAIPilot is currently focused on Linux-based servers — Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, and AlmaLinux. These cover the majority of web application and server management use cases.
Windows server support is something we are considering for a future roadmap phase, but it is not in scope for the initial launch.
A live product demo is available by request. Email Info@CloudAIPilot.com and we will schedule a walkthrough with the founding team. This is not an automated demo — you will speak with the people who built it, see the real platform, and be able to ask anything.
We prefer this to a self-serve sandbox at this stage, because we can tailor the demo to your specific infrastructure scenario.
The AI Pilot can do anything the platform can do — through conversation. It has full context about your infrastructure and can:
It operates in three modes: Ask (questions only, no actions), Plan (maps out the work for your review before executing), and Agent (executes tasks end-to-end with confirmation checkpoints).
Yes, with complete granularity. You are always in control of what the AI can and cannot do:
The AI will never take a destructive or modifying action without explicit confirmation from you first.
The AI Pilot has access to your metadata and operational data — server metrics, resource lists, configuration summaries, log excerpts — enough to understand and act on your infrastructure. It does not have direct access to your application database contents or customer data.
Your cloud provider API credentials are stored encrypted and are used only to execute the specific operations you authorise. They are never exposed to the AI layer directly — the AI instructs the platform middleware, which then calls the APIs.
Every AI action is logged in the AI Activity view with full transparency on what was performed and why.
Platform access begins on June 1, 2026. On that date, you will receive a login email with your account credentials.
Between now and June 2026, you will receive:
"Lifetime" means for the operational lifetime of CloudAIPilot as a business. It is not a 1-year or 3-year access term. You pay once, and you keep access for as long as CloudAIPilot operates.
This includes every feature that launches after your purchase — new platform features, new provider integrations, new AI capabilities — all included in your tier without additional payment.
After the Founding Member period closes, CloudAIPilot will move to a subscription pricing model. The Founding Member deal is reserved specifically for the 100 people who back the platform early.
Yes — 30-day full money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
If for any reason you decide within 30 days of your purchase that CloudAIPilot is not right for you, email Info@CloudAIPilot.com and we will process a full refund promptly.
We want Founding Members who are genuinely excited about the platform. If it is not the right fit, the refund is straightforward.
CloudAIPilot is a management platform. Your Founding Member payment covers access to the platform itself — the management, automation, and AI capabilities.
The servers, storage, and compute resources you provision on AWS, GCP, Azure, or DigitalOcean are billed directly by those providers to your own accounts, at whatever pricing those providers charge. CloudAIPilot does not mark up or intermediate your cloud costs in any way.
You are always able to see exactly what you are spending with each provider, and the upcoming FinOps Dashboard feature will help you analyse and optimise that spend.
The best way to apply is through the contact page, where you can choose whether you want Founding Member access or a live walkthrough first.
If you prefer, you can also email Info@CloudAIPilot.com with the subject line "Founding Member" and mention which tier you are interested in (Solo, Agency, or Studio).
We will respond directly to confirm availability, answer any remaining questions, and handle the next step personally. There is no automated checkout flow at this stage because we want a controlled launch cohort and the right fit on both sides.
Spots are allocated on a first-confirmed basis. Sending an email does not reserve a spot — confirmation comes when the payment is processed.
Email Info@CloudAIPilot.com and you will hear back from the founding team — not a support bot. We are happy to answer any question about the platform, the Founding Member offer, or whether CloudAIPilot is the right fit for your specific situation.
100 spots. Three tiers. One-time payment. Full platform access from June 2026.
